ဖြစ်စဉ်မှာ ၂၀၂၄ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ(၃)ရက်နှင့်(၄)ရက်နေ့များတွင် အကြမ်းဖက်သောင်းကျန်းသူများသည် လားရှိုးမြို့ရှိ လူနေအိမ်ရပ်ကွက်များအတွင်းသို့ ရှော့တိုက်ဒုံးများဖြင့် ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့မှုကြောင့် အသက်(၁၂)နှစ်နှင့် (၁၄)နှစ်အရွယ် ကလေးငယ်(၃)ဦး၊ အမျိုးသား(၄)ဦး၊ အမျိုးသမီး(၃)ဦး စုစုပေါင်း အပြည်မဲ့ပြည်သူ (၁၀)ဦး သေဆုံးခဲ့ပြီး ပြည်သူအချို့ ပြင်းထန်စွာထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။ ထို့ပြင် အကြမ်းဖက်သောင်းကျန်းသူများသည် ဇူလိုင်လ(၄)ရက်နေ့တွင် ရှော့တိုက်ဒုံးများဖြင့် ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့မှုကြောင့် လားရှိုးမြို့၊ အမှတ်(၁၅)အခြေခံမူလတန်း(လွန်)ကျောင်းပေါ်သို့ကျရောက် ပေါက်ကွဲခဲ့ပြီး စာသင်ဆောင်များ ပျက်စီးခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။ အကြမ်းဖက်သောင်းကျန်းသူများ၏ ယခုကဲ့သို့ စစ်ရေးနှင့်မသက်ဆိုင်သည့် ပြည်သူများအား အသက်အန္တရာယ်ထိခိုက်သေကြေသည်အထိ စက်ဆုပ်ရွံရှာဖွယ် အကြောင်းမဲ့ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့မှုသည် စစ်ရာဇဝတ်မှု (War Crime) ကို ကျူးလွန်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ အဆိုပါ အကြမ်းဖက်သောင်းကျန်းသူများအား ချေမှုန်းနိုင်ရေး လုံခြုံရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များက အကြမ်းဖက်ချေမှုန်းရေးစစ်ဆင်ရေးကို ပြည်သူများနှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ တိုးမြှင့်ဆောင်ရွက် လျက်ရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။
Terrorists have unjustifiably attacked Lashio in Northern Shan State, killing 10 people, including 3 children.
On July 3rd and 4th, 2024, terrorist insurgents attacked residential areas in Lashio with explosive missiles, killing a total of 10 people - 3 children aged 12 and 14, 4 men, and 3 women. Some were also seriously injured.
Additionally, on July 4th, the terrorist insurgents attacked Lashio with an explosive missile that struck and damaged a classroom at the No. 15 Post Primary School.
These terrorist insurgents have unjustifiably attacked civilians with no connection to the conflict, putting their lives at risk and committing acts that can be classified as war crimes.
To enhance security operations and ensure the safety of civilians, the security forces are collaborating with the local population.
